Stormwater Management Plan
Residents will have an opportunity to comment on Bellevue’s draft 2016 Stormwater Management Program Plan at the Environmental Services Commission meeting scheduled for Jan. 21, 6:30 p.m., at City Hall, 450 110th Ave. NE, conference room 1E-113.
The plan is a requirement of the Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit and describes the city’s plan for implementing permit conditions in 2016. All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public meeting and to provide written and/or oral comments. Address written comments in advance of the meeting to: Environmental Services Commission, c/o Bellevue Utilities Department, PO Box 90012, Bellevue, WA 98009-9012.

Bellevue is one of more than 100 communities in Washington that meet annual requirements to keep its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Program Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit. The permit is a federal Clean Water Act requirement.
The City Council will review and consider all comments received on the draft Stormwater Management Program Plan before approving it for submittal to the state Department of Ecology.
