Training and Resources
Training is available during the year for people who want to learn basic mediation, parent-teen mediation, conciliation or conflict resolution. Current mediation volunteers can get in-service training on subjects such as elder mediation, cultural factors in mediation and landlord/tenant issues.
In addition to regularly scheduled trainings, special workshops can be requested and tailored to the needs of a specific group, such as a homeowners association. Unless otherwise noted, all trainings and workshops are in City Hall.
